I know I have been Missing in Action for the past week. Last Sunday I went to visit my sister, and all we did was eat. Then I got a cold or something and haven't felt well.
But today I plan on being back on track. I think I'm going to change my goal from no eating out to eating out at most once per week. When I was doing WW, I allowed myself to eat out once per week and I still lost weight. Eventually I want to stop eating out all together but for once is enough.
So I'm back! I have taken some pics, but I don't know how I feel about putting them on the internet. Yikes! We'll see how it goes.
