Let's hope this year is better than last year. Surely it can't get worse.
So... I've tried a few things to lose weight like walking (lost 20 lbs), Weight Watchers (lost 25 lbs), Weight Challenge with some friends (lost weight mostly because of WW). I've decided to chronicle my journey this time around on my own for several reasons.
1. I want to be able to say I did this all on my own. (basically without all the big talk about losing weight but no actions to back it up.)
2. I want to have my own space to see my results.
3. Once I do start heading in the right direction, I can lead my friends and family here and they can see what I've done.
I guess I'll get the numbers out of the way...
