My weight as of this morning was 220, so I'm slowly working towards my goal.
Also I'm going to do my measurements at the end of the month, and I'll do it the end of each month to so my progress.
Exercise update: I have 1 more 30 min workout to go, and I'll make my exercise goal for the week.
Eating upday: I have only gone out to eat 1 time, so I should make that goal easily.
