Week 4 Update
Thankfully I managed to make my goals for Week 4! I added $10 to my WM giftcard! It's been slow and steady, but eventually I will be where I want to be.
Hey everyone! My name is Jessica and I'm making 2008 2009 the year I finally get fit! Check out my goals and rewards (gotta have something to look forward to right?)
Seems easy enough right? If it were that easy no one would be overweight.
I always thought I was overweight (don't all young girls think that), but looking back I probably was fine. At the end of highschool I was around 130-135 and I would love to get back to that weight. I don't know how realistic that is (according to WW that's mid range for my height), but I'm going to try and see what happens. And I'm enlisting my friend Jen, so we can motivate and challenge each other.
