Wow! I can't believe it's been so long since I've posted something new on this blog!
I have been slowly losing weight this year, which is a great improvement from years past, but certainly not where I want to be. I'm not going to beat myself up over that. It's a daily struggle that I'm winning at the moment.
Yesterday (10-13), I weighed 203 which is 23 less from my staring weight on Jan 1 of 226. I rejoined the gym a few months ago, so that helps me with my exercise. Sometimes I get so bored from doing at-home videos; going to the gym helps break up the monotony.
I'm energized again about losing weight, and I'm so excited because I'm almost out of the 200's! I know I have a long way to go, but right now my focus is on getting below 200 then I can make a new mini goal!
