I was good again today! I planned on eating a frozen chicken cordon blue, but my sister said that would be bad (I knew that but I thought I'd eat it to get rid of it). Instead I had a WW frozen dinner, and then made some homemade chicken noodle soup. I've had a cold for over a week now you would have thought I'd think of chicken noodle soup before today. Oh well. It was so good though! I even did 30 mins of walking today. I'm on a roll!
Breakfast: cheese omelet (1 whole egg, 1 white), banana
Lunch: WW frozen dinner (potatoes w/cheese & broccoli)
Supper: homemade chicken noodle soup, salad w/raspberry vinaigrette
Snacks: granola bar, couple small carrots
Exercise: 30 mins walking
