Another good day! 3 days in a row... hey you gotta take them while you can. I have been kinda all over the place with my weigh-ins, but I'm thinking I'll start weighing every Friday. I'm still deciding on the pics but maybe that will be motivation... don't know yet.
Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs (1 whole, 1 white), banana
Lunch: homemade chicken noodle soup, salad w/ raspberry vinaigrette, sugar free pudding cup
Supper: homemade chicken noodle soup
Snacks: apple, frosted shredded mini wheat cereal
Exercise: none
