1-17-08

Well I intended that my one time to go out to eat would have been today (Friday) but instead I did it Thursday. I think that affected my weight loss for the week. (I think it would have been more had I waited... such a big meal the night before weigh in). But I still lost weight which is good!

B: oatmeal, banana
L: turkey sandwich, 100 cal cheese nips, sugar free chocolate pudding
D: chili relleno, rice, taco, few chips & salsa, sour cream
S: apple, orange, frosted mini wheats w/milk
