B: lean cuisine (french break pepperoni pizza), small salad w/ff Italian
L: 2 pieces shake n bake chicken (tenders), pea salad, chicken & broccoli noodles, field peas
D: 1 piece shake n bake chicken (tenders), pea salad, chicken & broccoli noodles, field peas
S: orange, raisins
Exercise: 30 mins walking
As long as I don't eat out tomorrow, and if I get another 30 min workout in I will have my first monetary goal of $10 to reward myself. No problem... right?
