I told myself I wouldn't do this but I did it anyway... I weighed myself on a non weigh-in day. Luckily the number was good. 221 to be exact which is 3 pounds less than my last weigh-in three days ago. That's probably a bit misleading though because like I said on my last weigh-in, I had my weekly allowed "out to eat" meal the night before, so today was probably just all that getting out of my system.
So last week ending 1-19-08, I met both my weekly goals.
1. No more than one meal eaten out
2. Exercise 30 mins 3x
So overall my week 3 was pretty good. The first two weeks went horribly, but I'm back!
My exercise goal for the next three weeks has been increase to 30 mins 4x each week! Yikes! I just got the 3x down... but I know it will only help to increase the weight loss and the getting fit!
