B: 2 egg omelet (1 whole, 1 white) w/1 slice american cheese, whole wheat english muffin w/strawberry jam
L/D: (Logan's) 6 oz sirloin steak, baked potato, house salad w/ balsamic vinaigrette dressing, 2 small yeast rolls, maybe 5 peanuts
S: granola bar
Exercise: 2 miles or approx 36 mins walking
Yes I know that steak isn't great but I saw somewhere that if you are gonna eat steak choose a lean cut (something with loin in the name is good) and 6 ounces... well that's hardly a steak at all. And this counts as my one time to eat out this week. No more until next week starting Sunday!
