New Short Term Goals

A girl needs motivation to lose weight... obviously just to be healthy and fit into some size 10 jeans doesn't quite do the job.

A few years ago my friend Jen and some friends decided to create a Diet Challenge to help us motivate each other. It went well in the beginning, Jen started having success with Weight Watchers, so I started WW because I couldn't let her beat me. Unfortunately once my time ended and when my mother passed away (one year ago), I gained all the weight I lost.

Since quite honestly Jen and I were the main participants, we just decided to once again try to compete only with each other.

Our short term goals and rewards:

10% weight loss = $10 gift card from WM
20% weight loss - $25 gift card from WM

So, the first of each of us to reach each goal will win the prize given by the "loser" (or really the one who didn't lose enough).
