Not doing good!

I've been doing awful lately. I haven't been writing down what I eat in my notebook much less actually writing much on here. Saturdays are the start of my week, so I want to make today the day I make better choices.

On March 7, I weighed in at 216 which was 1 pound lower than the week before (I just realized that this minute).

On March 14, I weighed in at 219 which is 3 pounds higher.
