When I start making bad food choices, I tend to quit writing down what I eat. Like maybe some how some way, if I don't write it down it's not true or the bad food can't harm me. I think minds do that to you... maybe in a way to protect you from you. Crazy huh?

So for the past few days, I've done my best to write down what I eat good or bad. Hopefully seeing it in print online will help me start eating better.

B: 2 scrambled eggs (1 w, 1 w), oatmeal
S: cottage cheese double (pineapple), granola bar
L: Zaxby's (3 chicken strips, fries, sprite w/3 refills)
D: Stevie B's (all you can eat pizza buffet), sprite

I at so much at Stevie B's, I couldn't sleep that night. Not sure if it was only from a very full stomach or because of all the carbs. I'm thinking the carbs did it.
