New Mid Term Goal

I'm still here, not really doing the necessary steps to actually lose weight continually. I am currently at 217 (really as of my last weigh in) which is 9 pounds down from when Jen and I started this cycle.

My birthday is coming up at the end of May, and I wanted to be 175 lbs, but I won't even be close. I think I need to make a new goal since it's quite pointless to be striving for that goal. How about if I make it a goal to be 200 by May 31, 2008. That will be a 17 lb weight loss, but I think that's possible and healthy to do in two months!

I just came up with that as I started writing this entry, but I like that goal!
